In-Store Pickup


In Store Pickup will be available when your chosen items are available at your desired location. You can select this option upon checkout. You must bring a valid ID to pickup your order. If you wish to have someone else pick the order up for you, please forward them a copy of the confirmation email including the Order # so our staff may verify the legitimacy of the person picking up your items. If you do not see an email right away, please refer to your spam folder. You will receive a series of confirmations beginning with your confirmation, one to verify the order is processing, one to verify your order is ready for pickup, and lastly an email verifying your order was picked up. It is crucial that you ensure your email and information is valid when completing your order.

Online Orders


Orders are packed and pulled Mon-Fri between the hours of 12pm-5pm. Pending your location, some orders may arrive within 2 Business Days but are not always guaranteed. Please allow up to 4-7 days for orders to arrive. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number when an order label has been created. Check your spam filters if you do not see your confirmation and shipping information.   

Quality Guarantee


We do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a legitimate Manufacturers Defect. No item will ever be resold or refurbished. To guarantee you are receiving a working product, whether bought online or in store, we will always pre-check that the item functions properly. We equip our staff with hand sanitizer and gloves for your safety. As always, we recommend you properly wash and sanitize your product with a toy cleansing product before ever using since these products run through a rigorous manufacturing process.
