May 2026 we had the pleasure of having Goody Howard host "Rideology" at one of our Dallas locations! We had snacks and refreshments. Participants were empowered by being provided resources to keep building confidence, control, and stamina. These participants learned how to care for their own bodies in preparation for riding their partners using stretches, excersizes, and position awareness.
Completely clothed, participants were invited to practice with a partner to learn ways to support their body while finding what feels good. With three main positions Goody gave variations and talked about different kinds of bodies, managing body shapes, and sizes and all kinds of pairings.
