Where is my order?

You can always track your order.  Once we mail your order, we send you a receipt and tracking number.  You can use your tracking number to find out the location of your order. (If you don’t see the email, check your spam filter.)

Why Was My Product Open When it Arrived?

Rest at ease knowing we handle all products with care, while keeping your health and safety in mind.

Is This Website/Store Safe To Use?

Sara’s Secret’s computer experts make every possible effort to protect your credit card information and personal data by following some of the strictest security standards in the industry to prevent hacking.

Credit card information is not even stored on our system. When your purchase is made, only a “token” that verifies the transaction is saved, and it is useless for any other purpose. We’ve done our homework.

Return Policy

Because we sell intimate items, all sales are final.  We test all of our products before they leave our warehouse, so you can be assured that your product works perfectly.  If your product comes to you in a damaged condition, please let us know and we’ll work with you on replacing the item.

If there is ever a reason for someone to return a product to our locations, these items are gathered and shipped for proper disposal. Rest assured you will never see an item go from a customers hands and back onto our floors.

Packaging, Shipping, and Billing

All orders are shipped in either a plain brown box or a padded business envelope, depending on your items. The packaging is completely anonymous with just your address and ours. Because Sara’s Secret is a very recognized name, we always do our best to protect your privacy. You will not need to sign for your order.

Standard USPS shipping to Texas and surrounding states is usually at your door the next day.  Shipping to the rest of the country takes 2-3 business days.

The name Sara’s Secret will never appear on your credit card statement. We are listed as L&N Interests, Inc.

Do You Ever Substitute Items?

Occasionally our manufacturers may redesign their packaging and the package pictured may differ from photos showcased in our online store. If for any reason there is an item unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you so you may select a different item.
